can i fill blinkie requests
or what are the rules?
also
i make siggys

is there a siggy board?

Well ive been making quite a few hun, the only thing is that admin will ask you to keep it fairly small, so that the girls can use them in their tickers, but otherwise I say go for it... nice to see another TAG maker in the group
