i want another one :(

im a single mum due to DV with my 22 month old monster...

but i want another baby

how selfish am i? i can only just make ends meet now, ill be homeless come mid Feb because the tenancy runs out & i cant afford £93 to renew it
and another £300 to get ex's name off.

oh and i dont have anyone to have a baby with

no idea what the point of this thread is... xx

It's not selfish I think it's quiet natural most people want another baby when there toddler is 2 that's why most people have a three year age gap.
I too want another my daughter was 2 in September.
Maybe you circumstances will change and your family can grow then

I think like this and people say i must be crazy. Im 40 next year so i kind of think my time is coming to an end ( sort of) to have more. But I always wanted two kids but there is no way in merry hell i am going to have another baby unless the man sticks around. No offence to mums that dont mind doing this but its been the most difficult part of having a baby. I would go through the whole pregnancy and birth and newborn craziness all over again but i couldnt cope with being dumped while pregnant or with a baby and the Dad disappears. Almost killed me with stress.

Think I will maybe stick with one baby, hes wonderful

dez i totally agree with you. i would even go as far to say even if i was in a steady relationship i would struggle to agree to any more with the actual fear of this all happening again. coping with one is do able but 2 will never happen.
personally its everyones choice but id like to give my daughter all of my love and with the money we do have, id like to buy her nicer things. again there is the arguement of having a sibling, but for me its not big enough.

It's very normal to want another one but my rational mind says no more I can handle 2 as a single mum but 3 would be my worst nightmare lol x

I am completely and totally with you.
I have been with my new partner for 9 months now.
I still need to get divorced and also my new partner has complications in that area lol.
So were still waiting to hear about that xxx
