so i had a csection almost 11 weeks ago. i was a overweight before i was pregnant, then ended up gaining 50 pounds while pregnant, mostly becuae i had polyhydramnios. i'm only 5 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight right now, so i've lost a lot already. before pregnancy my weight has always gone up and down alot ranging from size 8-16! but this was the most i've ever weighed. i've never had stretch marks before and only started to get them the last like 3 weeks of my pregnancy. so i always thought i had pretty good elasticity in my skin. but what the heck is wrong now?! my skin is all saggy and wrinkly and gross on my stomach. it reminds me of old lady's arms- like when they wave goodbye and the skin keeps waving! LOL! is this going to go away?? i've been doing cardio and like i said i've been losing weight, but that yucky saggy skin isnt going anywhere. are the certain exercises i should be doing? maybe i need to rebuild my stomach muscels or something??

I'm 6 months pp, and I'm sorry to tell you that my skin still sags with a c-section shelf. It didn't really change from when I had ds1 almost 3 years ago. Losing tummy weight did make it less noticeable though, and I make sure to wear a belt :)

You should try exfoliating with a sugar rub & use skin firming lotion to help...it won't give you INSTANT results, but scrubbing increases blood flow and encourages the creation of healthy, elastic skin. It could take well over 6 months for your skin to not look as saggy. I'm in the same boat. :(

I didn't have a c section, had my youngest 2 1/2 years ago and no my skin is still f*cked. I got covered in stretch marks at 41 weeks with my first!
Over time it will naturally lessen, but u need to start using oil on ur stomach...EVERY DAY!! To help and don't leave working out like I did :/ and u will improve, but I can't say u will ever have ur old stomach again

I remember being horrified with my tummy after DS, and it still crinkles a bit if lent over but it really can get better. I thought I'd never wear a bikini ever again but I do! Just give yourself time x

Yeah, for me the C-section dent went away and my tummy looks pretty normal now! A Tiny bit crinkly if i bend, but that's ok!
