This recipe is super fun and easy to make--it only uses two ingredients!!
You can use ANY flavour of Ice Cream you want to make this tasty dense bread. I've tried Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip as well as Butter Scotch Ripple and they were both soooo delicious!
Very simple mixing instructions and baking times can be found here.
This recipe works best with full fat ice cream and turns out surprisingly low on the sweetness meter. Try serving your bread warmed up with a little bit of jam on it!
