A pretty one - with both of my girls - Caitlin & Brooke - waiting patiently for there brother or sister... Something along them lines?

I gave this a go for you - it's quite alright if you don't like it though, I know Jac is heaaaps better at sigs than I am (her work is just amazing)!.
