Ideas Anyone?

So here it goes.. im 28 days late for my period and have taken 2 hpts both negative! I took the tests about a week after my missed period. I would have assumed I was just having a late period if not for about two weeks later I had light brown spotting only in my underwear ( I know Tmi!) And then after the spotting ive had weird twitching in my lower region, under the armpit breast pain, nausea, heartburn, extreme goofiness, and af cramping with no blood! I have no clue whats going on!

Have you just come off the pill?
Have you taken a pregnancy test since a week after your period was due?

No I havent been on birth control and I took the first test a day after my missed period and the second a week after so now im just confused!

Have you had any illness, stress or weight loss?

No. Ive actually been a little bit happier these last couple of months im going to test again tomorrow and let you know the results!
