ideas for a 21 month old

I have looked at a few things, but constantly worry both that her current toys suck, and that the things I am looking at won't be good either. Sooooo...

What's brilliant for a nearly 2 year old? Not vastly tied into girly stuff, but not against it. Don't have a giant budget. But mostly would just love some guidance!

I have a twenty month old little boy, this is what he loves at the moment
