I dont know if it has to be specificaly noted to check for pregnancy, i got the blood form off my doctor a couple of weeks ago.
When i was last pregnant i had severe SPD and 8 months later i am still struggling with pain so my doctor wanted a full blood count taken and my bone profile.
I am now 12 days late on my period and havnt done a test since 7 days late which was neg, i was going to see my doc about it next week to maybe get my bloods done, but will the full blood count pick up if i am pregnant?? i had it taken 2 days ago. xx :hugs:

no it wont hun as thats not what they are looking for. a full blood count basically counts the red blood cells, white blood cells, platlets, iron levels, hermaglobin levels, calcium levels, basically everything that is in the blood in its normal state it doesnt check hormone levels which is basically what hcg is. xx

forgot to say, if you mention it though your doctor can put it on the form so that it is tested. xx

ok thank you i will go back to my doctor, they have alreay been done now :) i dont want to do another HPT as i hate seeing the BFN :( x
