Hi, all you ladies that live near london I have to freepost address to send your sure start maternity grant form off to if you downloaded it off the internet.
I have had to ring up 3 numbers to get this as its not online anywhere so thought I would help you all out..

I live in Gloucestershire, is it the same addresss for me aswell, does anyone know?

Which number do I ring to find out cuz I phoned my local jobcentre and they had no clue what I was on about

yes hun same addres for everyone hun x i live in lincs and thats where i sent mine and as for phone number i dont know hun as that is one thing they do have differant ones of every county has a differant number to ring for social fund xx
