hi and welcome back might be worth contacting admin as bnb doesn't authorise to two accounts for one person, and i'm sure admin can help you sort out your old one just to note they are quite busy too hope this helps

Yep you really should contact admin, duplicate accounts aren't allowed. They can probably figure out why you couldn't log into the other one and fix it for you...
