I'm finding it sooooo hard to sleep :(

Since my 4th m/c im finding it so hard to get a decent nights sleep. I feel tired in the evening before i go to bed and then as soon as im in bed i feel wide awake again. i cant seem to turn my mind off and relax, im always thinking about whats wrong with me and my body for miscarrying so many times....we're starting testing soon but still i know im looking at at least 6 months for some answers.
Basically does anyone have any tips on getting to sleep? I have never had this problem before and with a 2 years old i need a good 8 hours zzzzz to function properly the next day.....
thanks and im open to any suggestions.....no matter how crazy they may be :)

I have had sleep problems before due to stress and not being able to switch off....

think about when you were trying to get you LO into a bedtime sleep routine....

regular time for bed
avoid xs stimulation before hand, try to wind down, no tv, soft music, reading, warm bath
try lavender oil on pillow or massage
warm milky drinks ( I drink decaf tea/coffee after mid afternoon to avoid caffeine)
relaxation CD

could you speak to your GP about things????
