Im gona have to supplement with formula sometimes. What brand is best to introduce??

I am not producing quite enough milk to keep up with my LO right now so Dr recommended I add formula until my supply is better established. What brand do you recommend I use with a breastfed baby?? Is there a certain brand or type that is better when combined with breastfeeding??

What makes you think your not producing enough? Introduce formula now and you run the risk of never getting breastfeeding established.

Introducing formula will do the exact opposite of establish your supply. Ignore the doctor and just BF more.

No formula is "best" none come close to BM.

Breastfeeding is supply and demand - the more you feed, the more you make. That's why by replacing a breastfeed with formula you're doing nothing to establish the supply you need unfortunately.
