Im on Maternity Leave n pregnant, What are my rights?

Im currently on maternity leave im due bk start sept, im currently 14+4 im due mid Jan 2015.
I just wanted to ask if anybody knew what rights I have?
Will I get paid maternity leave for this baby?
Im dreadin tellin my job, becus I never carry well n be off ill, last year I bled frm 12wks-21! Then got diagnosed with spd, which was absolutely horrible! Work r terrible! My colleagues bitched about me which hurt me a lot. Im so stressed about this

Not sure if Ireland is same at England but ur rights are the same as if it was ur first one. For instance I will be going off at start of Jan, baby due end of Jan,.if I then got pregnant again in march I could go bk to work in September, use my annual leave for about 5 weeks then go off again in November and still get the full entitlement of maternity pay.

To qualify for statutory maternity pay you need to receive pay at your qualifying week (15 weeks before baby is due). Check with your payroll how they calculate it as my employer take an average of the month it falls in and the prior month as they so not pay weekly.

If you receive enhanced maternity you will need to check with their policy.

Try not to stress. They will inevitably be frustrated but you are protected and there's nothing they can do x

I'm in Northern Ireland so prob the same.
Gonna look into it. Im tryin not to stress but my personel managers gonna be well pist off.
I had to take off frm 22 wks last time becus I was n so much pain with spd, I worked all thru the wks I was bleedin which my consultant wasnt 2 happy about.
I got the copper coil in and fell pregnant, plus its gonna b my 5th section n im absolutely panicking without worrying about work

Try not to worry, they can't sack u for it, even if they get pissed off what's the worst they can do? Check ur policy but if ur still in the same place ur still classed as being employed so u will have the same rights as if u hadn't been off on mat leave

I think I'll ring citizens advice this wk
I've a scan on thurs just to make sure baby ok, my consultant removed the coil 2wks ago, he said were it was it shudnt effect the pregnancy but wanted me bk just to b sure
Ive had so much on my mind, pregnancy was the last thing I wanted, not because I didnt want another baby but the fact I was warned not to have another as my scar tissue is "horrendous" and it will b a very tricky operation.
I lost my sister in early june under horrific circumstances and everybody is sayin this was meant to be! Im honestly not sure. But he/she have made it this far so hopefully there will be a positive outcome

got scanned yesterday and Baby C was laid bk chillaxing! Such a relief!
I had convinced myself it wud be bad news. Consultant said the risk of mc frm removal was gone because if anything was gonna happen it wuda been in the 24hrs following removal
He told me not to worry about 5th section, he said this baby was meant to be!
Heres hopin the nxt 23 wks go smooth
