Congrats Michelle!
And congrats to Hope as well. She's going to have a little sister, Hiney Butt! I like the alliteration.

Thanks ladies! :) Hope has been saying she wanted a brother lately, but today told me a sister will be OK, but she's still naming her Hiney Butt. :haha:

Like Hope, I appreciate an original name.

She's going to love her "mini-me" and be the best help for you. She's at a good age for getting a new sibling. I was 4.5 yrs when my little sister was born and my mom said I was the world's best assistant because I would do anything (fetch diapers, bottles, blankets, etc.) to be close to my baby sister. I plan on putting my daughter to work when this baby comes.

Congrats! How lovely! :D How did the scan go? Did they see the gender immediately or was it difficult to get her in the right position? xxx

Awww.....she is beautiful!!! Great pictures :). Congratulations!!!

Sigh Michelle, part of me wishes this one was a girl too, DD's clothes is soooo cute and practically brand new as she's only 16 months old! Oh well, an excuse to shop and get a whole new wardrobe I suppose

Hope already told me she wants to help. She informed me the baby's room is going to be pink and she is picking out the paint and helping me paint too. It melts my heart! I hope she's not jealous when the baby is finally here.

I had the same tech who predicted girl at my 12 week scan, so I said that she could see if her call was correct. It actually shocked me when she put the wand (or whatever it's called) on me and immediately she said "oh yeah, defininitely a girl!" and did the little "yes, I'm right" hand in the air. She's very personable and fun. From what I understand she will be doing all my ultrasounds and that makes me happy. :)

I saved all Hope's things and I'm glad I did! The only thing we need to buy are new bottles and a sit & stand stroller if we go that route. It would be nice to shop though! For that I'm jealous I'm not having a boy. :haha:

This is so sweet!! I think as long as she continues to feel included she won't be jealous!

Congratulations! I'd have loved to have a sister! Brilliant news.

Congrats! Cute pics! She already looks like a little princess :)
Xxx
