Im trying to understand my Semen Anaysis. Please Help

From what i read Semen Analysis can vary from sample to sample taken. So i have come to understand that it would be a good idea to take several test to confirm or deny any problems that might exist. so this was my first test that i took and i was reading up on the "Normal Parameters" and based on what i have seen below it would seem as if I'm borderline infertile or borderline fertile depending on how you want to look at it. My Wife has 1 child from a previous marriage and we wanted to conceive our first baby. If anyone with some experience with this can help explain this then i would really appreciate it.

Teratozoospemia index: 1.2
Defect of head: 84
Defect Middle Part: 14
Defect Tail: 4

Immature cells: 2-3/c
Leukocytes: 3-4/c
Agglutination: Negative

Diagnosis: Normozoospermia

There's lots of individual results there, but the key is the last one = "normal" sperm!
