implantation bleeding 6dpo never had this before

I'm 6dpo and bleeding lightly. My stomach is cramping and I have a pain to the lower left of.my abdomen (under my fat roll lol)

If this is implantation bleeding, what does this mean?? We've been ttc for 5 months and never had this before!
