I ovulate on day 22 and AF is due 10 days later is this a two shorter gap for implantation?

It might be and it might not. I've heard of some girls on here who've gotten BFP with LP of 9 or 10 days, but it can be a problem. It just depends on how long it takes the egg to travel to your uterus (5-7 days I think is the norm) and then how long it takes to implant. If this is a pattern you're seeing over a few months of charting then if it were me I'd see a specialist or look into one of the supplements that can lengthen the LP. I had that problem with my first month charting, 9 day phase, and it stressed me a bit, but the last 3 months have been 12 or 13 days so I think it was just one weird month or maybe I had incorrectly calculated the ovulation date that month.

I have an 11-12 day LP, it is considered in the normal range, but my doctor put me on Clomid to try and lengthen it. I got one extra day and I did ovulate, but I am still TTC.

My doctor told me exactly what Lyvid said; it can happen on a 10-11 day LP, if your fertilized egg travels fast enough...hoping the best for you!

I have a mammoth 16 day LP, I could probably conceive an elephant or something :winkwink: in my case it just makes the 2WW more like a 2.5WW.

Not sure if it makes as much difference as it makes out in TCOYF, as I've read plenty of women on this forum with a 9-10 LP who have had babies.

If you're worried about it, try taking a B complex....I had an 11 day LP and now it's 13/14...and my dosage was only 50...It also gave me more cm and improved my overall mood.
