Income Support

Is there anyway i can claim income support before 29 weeks? I am on JSA atm and all they seem to do is F up my money and i'm getting sick of it , i havent been paid for the 3rd time in a row because someone somewhere is dragging their feet not putting my evidence on etc...just wondering if i can go onto IS sooner as at least i'll have some regular income that way??

You may be able to claim it on medical grounds but you'd need a sick note from your doctor and the advisor on the phone and at the job centre will probably say you need to claim ESA. xx
