Incomplete miscarriages

I'm pretty sure that wen I had my ERPC following my MMC back in December that everything was removed. I did tests and got BFNs after about 10 or so days. But I've noticed ever since my miscarriage, I always get evap lines on my IC tests which I don't think I used to get. It's really confusing me. Surely I couldn't have any "retained product" as the doctors call it as I've been having regular periods since? I did a test yesterday morning, even though I was on CD4 because I felt pregnant and I was sure I could see a line. My husband said he can see "something" then I did another test just now and, yet again, I can see a pink line, although this time, part of it is across the test line but it's actually not a straight line, almost diagonal. I'm really confused especially as my temp dropped when my period started. My period wasn't as heavy this month but I'm pretty sure it was a period and I had really bad cramps on Friday night, but that was it when I usually get period pains for about 3 days. I'm really confused. What are the symptoms you have if you have an incomplete miscarriage?

hi hun honestly i cant trust these i.c's as far as i can throw them. plenty of people including myself have got faints lines on them when they aren't pg if i were you do a more expensive test to put your mind at ease x

p.s i pretty much doubt you have retained products because if you did you more then likely would know about it as you would must likely have strange bleeding and not proper cycles or periods if that makes sense. x

Thanks. I'm 100% sure that I'm not pregnant, maybe if my temps hadn't dropped, then I would be 99.9% sure I'm not pregnant. Also my boobs were still hurting when AF was here but that's gone now. I won't trust them until I have a definite big fat pink test line. I have got a superdrug test and a CB digi so I'll do another IC tomorrow morning with FMU and if I can see a proper line, then I'll use one of my proper tests but not otherwise. I'm sick of seeing evap lines, especially when the look pink! I would have thought perhaps I'd had a chemical but the lines I've had in the last 2 days are more noticeable than the ones I had pre-AF so I'll have to ignore them lines for now x

Hi Hun,

just wanted to add that if you did have some retained products you would have known by now. It unfortunately happened to my friend just before xmas. Had a mmc, then a d&c and then about a week and a half later she had to go to a&e, had a another d&c and then antibiotics as she got an infection too.. poor girl!

Anyway, as the others said, its more likely the tests and nothing sinister, ok.
