Inconclusive OPK's - is this a positive?

Is the IC OPK +?
If so, why are the CB digitals negative?

I read the CB leaflet which says to use FMU (there I was thinking ALL OPK's need diluted pee pee) so the bottom two test sticks were FMU & SMU. SMU stronger than FMU though both returned a negative result.

Ideas?

Them cheap opk dnt quite look positive. Here's mine I got yesterday if this helps
