Induction question

I dont know if anyone will be able to help me but my OB said that if i dont have the baby early due to health reasons that they will induce me atleast a week before my due date. So does that mean they will wait until that day and if i dont go into labour schedule me for an induction? A week before my due date is November 1. Or will they have me scheduled for an induction on that day?

chanes are they will book you in prior to that date to make sure they have the space for you to be induced and then obviously if you go into labour naturally you just won't need it. hope that answers what yo needed to know
