Infected C Section wound inside my stomach? Help?

Hello ladies, So I had my little girl 10 days ago by emergency c section , It went really well , I had minimal bleeding and my outer wound it dry and healing nicely But i'm abit concerned about the inside .... I have a fever , my lower stomach is VERY sore to the touch and is hard and i keep on getting some serious pains in that area ..... Anyone had this or can anyone give me any advice? Thanks!

hey hun, i am 7 weeks and have just started experiencing this, with high fever and soreness around the incision on the inside and i am also slightly bruised purple on the right side of my hip, I am going to the doctor as I think it could be infection or just internally bruising but at 10 days PP you should expect a bit of pain but not fever and serious pains constantly, please visit your GP and see your midwife

I had a c-section and my outside wound is healing well.. I still have a lot of tenderness & bleeding (sorry TMI) aswell as shooting pains in my lower tummy. I was told by my MW to go to my GP who confirmed I had a Uterus Infection and was given antibiotics. I have taken these for a week tomorrow and it hasn't got any better so will be making another appointment. Best thing to do is go to your GP and get it looked at xx

I rang up my doctors surgery and they gave me a course of antibiotics , Hopefully it clears whatevers wrong up Btw I find it awesome that our babies were born on the same day by c section :') xx

Hehe yeah it is pretty cool! After hours of failed induction & no dilating when waters were broken. I'm glad they c sectioned me although I hurt now!! Glad my Toby came on his due date though! Hope you are feeling better now your taking antibiotics xxx
