inserting link into signature

I'm trying to show a link to my TTC journal but I can't seem to work it out I go to edit signature, click on the link put the address in, but when I preview it, it just shows the whole address instead of 'my TTC journal'. What am I doing wrong?

hey sorry i cant help you but i see you have a sig from daisypath? witch ive been tryin to use but i cant seem to find the right code to add it ? can u elp please x
