Ok so between RLS heartburn and backache I cannot sleep on a night like at all but I normally am so exhausted that by the time 9am comes round I'm out cold were ever I stop til 2pmish but yday 1 hour and today not a wink I feel I'll sooo tired but I just cannot sleep so that's 1 hours sleep in the last 60 will I just eventually crash?? Surely there's only so long u can go?!

I do that and eventually crash, usually on Sundays. I will nap from about 2pm-8pm. I hate it because then my whole day off of work is gone, it i know my body must need it.
