I had a c section last week.
I dunno if it was from the spinal of whever this is from post carrying twins but ive had the most horrendous back pain. I'm currently sat in bed & I literally cannot move I'm in so much pain.
I can hardly walk , I'm constantly in tears.
I'm taking regular pain meds & sometimes I get periods of where it eases down & it's especially bad at night.
My twins are asleep so I should be too but I'm just in so much pain.
Because I had a section & I'm still recovering I can't do any exercises.
Anyone else experiencing this?
How long will this last?
Is it worth seeing someone about?
My midwife dismissed it as being normal, especially after carrying twins in my small frame.
