Is 11 dpo too late for implantation bleed?

Hi.

I am 12 dpo today. Yesterday my temp took a massive dip under coverline and i had 3 spots of red blood on the toilet paper. I assumed it was AF and put a tampon in. I had bad cramps too but when I took my tampon out there was nothing on it. I am still having really bad cramps but no blood. My temp also jumped back up this morning. I'm very confused and just wondered if 11 dpo is too late for implantation and does IB and temp drop normally happen on the same day. Also can IB be red? My LP is 12 days so should come on today/tonight. I really hope I don't!

good luck! i think it can happen anywhere from 6-12 dpo

^ yup. Anywhere up to 12dpo.

Mommabear is right~~6-12 dpo. In my experience, the one time I had IB, it was more of a spotting.....pretty much light pink and only when I wiped. Sometimes brown, but no, not red.

I had brown discharge at 15dpo (which I thought was my period starting) and it lasted for 2 weeks! I tested at 18 dpo and got a bfp! So, it can definitely happen much later.
