Is anyone an Avon Rep/Sales Leader

Hi Ladies,

I'm starting work as an ASM for Avon at the end of the month (cant wait!) - Although I'll obviously have training I was keen to hear some first hand feedback from reps and sales leaders regarding what they need (or don't need!) from their Area Sales Manager and any problems they have faced in reaching their goals.

Any feedback positive or negative regarding your experiences will be of huge help to me in planning how I will approach this role
