Is anyone else having issues with the Ads?

If I click anywhere along the sides, a new window pops up as if I clicked an ad. This is annoying.

Now today for the first time I cannot even click on links to go to a post or to the next page of a list or to click on my name to review my account. The top of the page ad keeps opening up. I close it and click on what looks like a BNB link but I still get a new window taking me to the site. I'm having difficulties using the site at all.

My browser is Chrome.
