my acupuncturist recommended it because i do not get enough fruits and veges so i bought a juicer and i started it last night. i was wondering if anyine else on here is doing it and if it has helped you ate all with anything regarding your health.

I've been juicing for a long time - it hasn't helped with infertility or anything but I know it's really good for me :) I usually do a few carrots, an apple and some baby spinach (all organic) for breakfast.

Thanks for the reply
I haven't been doing it for long in fact i just started the other day. but i did apples, lemon, ginger, orange and cucumber
it didnt tast bad, smelt like grass but i didnt mind the tast. although i cant get over the texture. i think it is from the apples. are there any apples that are better for juicing then others?

Yeah, I've found that really red or yellow apples aren't great for juicing - in my experience they tend to be grainier and can give that icky "thick" texture. I like a good granny smith or maybe a fuji that is on the greener side. It also helps balance the sweetness of the carrots when the apple is a little sour :)
