Alexa has everything, and when I say everything, i mean too much of everything! I have started buying her Christmas presents, and have decided she is only getting books and clothes. Anyone else decide to do this this year? She will only be 19 months, and books last forever, whereas toys get tossed to the side after a few months, if that!

I've got Josh some toys but also lots of clothes and the hard cardboard type books aswell. I think its good to have a balance of what they want/need

I'm buying Aidan a set of bath books, and some cardboard ones. I think books open a range of oppurtunities especailly mummy and baby time when reading them before bed. Its my favourite time :D

I want to get mostly books and clothes as well. :)

The only toys I have in mind are maybe bath toys.

We're just getting books and clothes. Kathryn loves books, she can spend 1/3 hour playing with/looking at one book, and she needs clothes and we don't have much money so it's a good fit. I know the grandparents will want to get her some toys so I don't want her to end up with too many, she barely plays with the ones she has.

we're only buying clothes book and unusual
toys like wooden ones that last longer
everyone else is buying her a shed load of
toys so we're kinda getting her the things she
needs and the things that'll last

I've got him some books and clothes along with toys etc as no-one else is really getting anything for him.

I have some toys but I'm defintely getting her books. I have her a lot of clothes for Christmas too. All of the ordering I've been doing online since August has been saved for Christmas.

I have definitely gone overboard with buying her toys in the past  I think I will also buy her another doll, along with her books and clothes...but little girls can never have too many dolls anyway :)
