It says on the web that formula is allowed on with babies, but does a 14 month old count as a baby to them?
I'm worried because they've made me throw away so many things in the past which were listed as allowed, I'd hate to have to dump formula for 3 babies

Can you buy it air-side after you've gone through security? I know most of our airports seem to have a Boots (our chemist/toiletries/everything like that type chain) air-side selling you back all the stuff they've taken off you at security checks!

Hmm... That's a good idea, but I'd rather not, the "rations" I'd have to bring on the plane with us would be in the range of $60... If I bought it within the terminal I'm sure it would easily be twice that (our pre-made formula is insanely expensive here)

Isn't there just an ounces limit or something like that? I would look on each airline's website and if you need to contact the customer service. I absolutely HATE tossing formula for any reason because it's so damn pricey!

They claim it's allowed but the TSA rarely follow their own rules in my experience, I would just like to be sure before getting there :)

I was able to take bottles premade onto the plane. Had to taste it first tho...yuck.

Not sure about powder on it's own.
