My auntie has a machine I have no idea what it's called.. But it's like a step u stand on. Then u put a belt round ur body and hold on the bars and its like proper shakes all ya body. Like vibrates like mad!! She said it works fab. Anyone ever tried something like this

I used one of those once back in 2011 but then found out i was pregnant so didnt go back on it ..they feel so strange

There good I go on them and hold positions and it works the muscle better like in a sit up or lung or squat etc xx
