Is it implantation? Opinions needed!

Hey, all! This is an update, but I also need a few opinions.
I took my FRER this morning... Negative.
But I started spotting on the 11th, and I was somewhere between 8-12DPO at that time. I read up and a lot of things say that implantation bleeding (if you get it) can happen between 7 and 10DPO. And I'm going to go into a bit of detail (sorry!) about this because I'm not sure. I think I might visit the doctor this week.
Anyhoo, so the "implantation bleeding"... Okay, I had a heavy feeling in my lower belly area on the 10th and then on the morning of the 11th, I wiped and had a little bit of light brown blood. Then as the day when on, it was still spots here and there but they got darker brown. And then I woke up yesterday morning (it's Monday here) and it was a dark, dark red - to the point where you could see the outline of red but it mostly looked too dark to be considered an actual red-red... I guess something like brick red? And the spot was bigger, but that was the most I'd bled. And then throughout the day it went back to brown, with a little brownish discharge in it. It's not heavy enough to wear anything but a panty liner, though.

So my question is, is this possibly implantation bleeding? Or do you think it might just be AF?
I also had a dream last night that I got a positive on a pregnancy test, which is what had me in a rush to get to the toilet this morning to test (though I'm not sure if it's too early or what?), but it came out negative.

A few more details: I usually cramp hardcore with my periods, but I didn't this time. I just had a heavy feeling down below Also, my nipples (sorry!) are feeling a bit weird as of a few hours ago. They hurt a little (I never get sore boobs with my periods, nor sore nipples) and they kind of feel... Jello-like? Lol. Sorry, it's the only thing I can think of!
I'd really like opinions! Please and thanks!

I would test if I were you. I spotted with my first, up until 15 weeks. When I first began spotting, I thought my period had started, and even wore a tampon.

Thanks. As I said, I took the FRER and it came back negative... Maybe too early still? I don't know!
I'm kind of scared to take another one now xD I feel like I'm setting myself up for something that's going to end negatively

Oh jeeze. I must have missed that part. Sorry. I would wait awhile longer before testing again then. Maybe wait a week or two. Good luck, hun.

sometimes you can having spotting before af, has happened to me before, but it could be implantation...you never know until you test.
My biggest pregnancy symptom was sore boobs x

With my son I had implantation bleeding (didn't realise at the time though), and I didn't get a positive test till 2 weeks later? So there is hope yet for you.

Thanks, guys! I grew some balls and took a pregnancy test (one of the .88 ones from Walmart), came back negative... I think waiting a week or two might be good. IF it was implantation then it might not show up for another week, right? That's just what I've read

I am also wondering if what I had was implantation bleeding. So, yesterday evening after I peed, when I wiped I noticed a little pink spot on the toilet tissue. So I said maybe it is my period coming, so I wiped again with a new tissue and a little spot again. I wiped a third time, and nothing this time. I researched implantation bleeding and it said implantation bleeding is usually pink and happens days to a week before next expected period. So, even though I missed my period last month, I should have started this coming Monday (August 20), which is about 4 days away. I just wiped again but this time there was more than just one pink spot on the tissue. When I wiped the second time, there was nothing. Does this sound like implantation bleeding or? Thoughts please?

Oi, I really wish I could answer that, but I'm not sure myself! The bleeding I had was brownish with a little brown discharge (and though I'm not spotting anymore, I'm still having a brownish discharge? ) This whole pregnancy thing is seriously mind-boggling
