is it ok to feed from same breast twice?

I have had very sore nipples - my left one is getting slightly better but my right one is super sore with a big crack. Would it be ok to do 2 feeds from the left just once to try to heal it or will it affect my supply?

Yup it's not a problem. I did it when I had a badly cracked nipple - also sometimes I forget what side I did last so probably feed off the same side!
