Is it possible to ovulate so soon after a miscarriage??

So I miscarried at 4w6d last Wednesday. My bleeding has stopped and my blood work showed a hcg of zero. I've been doing opk's since Thursday night just for fun. This is today's....this looks pretty positive to me. Any one else??

After my mc the dr told me that I was really fertile in the 2 weeks that followed my mc. So it is possible.
