Onken bio pot yogurts?
Just bought the new coconut one and it looks so yummy but then as i was digging my spoon into it i thought .... "am i allowed to eat this?" So thought i best check! Im probably being really silly here but im still not sure what you can and can't eat and i keep hearing of all these different things that are not safe to eat!! Thanks xx

I understood as long as it is made with pasturized diary, it is okay.
Sounds yummy!

Hi. I just had a yeo valley yogurt which says it is a pre-biotic yogurt. Someone then told me that yogurt is made from non-pasterized milk so I wasn't sure if it was safe, but I had a look on their website and it says all their products are made from pasterized milk. I know it's a different brand of yogurt but it should be the same. Try seeing if they have a website and looking on there!

Yoghurt is absolutely safe!! Go Ahead and Enjoy!! It's 'healthy' bacteria that yoghurt contains, so it's allllllll good!! mmmmmm

all commercial yoghurt in the UK at least is made using pasteurised milk x
