I was wearing panty liners almost everyday before I was pregnant and never had any problems. Now I'm getting more discharge and I use around 5 panty liners a day. I have noticed it feels dry, stingy, itchy, swollen and irritated down there, even bleeds a little bit every couple of weeks (the blood doesn't come from inside for sure). I got tested for stds/infections at the beginning of pregnancy (though I guess I might have developed thrush or something) and I'm using a special soap too.
Is panty liner rash a thing, kinda like diaper rash? I can't think of not wearing them because it's not like I can change underwear at work and I get a lot of discharge...

I've been getting irritated from my panty liners too and I don't really know how to make it less irritating :(

I'd get tested again for an infection just in case. Also what soap are you using, they normally say not to use perfumed soaps.

I'd switch brands maybe, splurge on some natural material ones. I do think that having wet artificial fibers rubbing against a sensitive area all day could cause a rash. Maybe try putting some Desitin on to create a barrier.

I had some irritation issues once a while back and was told to avoid 'Always' brand, apparently they are the worst for irritation. They recommended Kotex as the least irritating brand. So maybe just switch it up for a while? You may be more sensitive during pregnancy.
