Is there a cure for High FSH levels or at least a way to reduce it???

Was told today I have a high FSH level (dont know the number), I'm 31 years old. Who here has gone through this? They want to start me on Injectables with IUI. Has anyone here gotten pregnant with this method??? What are my chances of achieving a pregnancy with high FSH?

Lots of people get preg with a high FSH ,it doesn't mean you have no eggs it is just an indicator of how you will respond to fertility drugs,

my FSH is 11.6 ( i was 28 )and your only as good as your highest FSH. but it fluctuates monthly and in two years iv had mine done on and off and only recently had one more at 11 all the rest are low so FSH fluctuates from month to month.

iv had a This diagnosis along with PCOS and a low AMH ,so iv done my research and there are plenty of preg ladies with much worse scoring than me,,, and likewise there are plenty of childless ladies with perfect FSH and AMH.That are still ttc
