What were you trying to access to get the message in the first place? Were you in the middle of writing a reply on a thread that may have been moved or locked at the same time? Were you trying to access a user group?

I was trying to post to andereafloridas thread and wanttobemommy4's thread , I would have to hit post and get that message 4 times and then around the 5th time I would get the duplicate message announcement and the post would actually go through

Are you still getting the error if so link me to the exact thread you are trying to reply to so I can test your account.
Also in the future could you refrain from making inaccurate statements on other threads. You have not been restricted, restriction would either ban your account with a message or have your permissions removed from usergroups such as GS, buy swap and sell, etc in these cases you wouldn't be able to view the threads let alone reply.
