Is there such a thing as babies moving too much??

just as the title says, can babies moving too much be worrying or does it just mean my babies are very active??

The twins have not stopped moving for aprox 30 mins, they are full on giving it beans and dancing away, I'm lying in the sofa and they are still at it! It's lovely but also a bit worrying .i hope they are ok.

In my pregnancy book and all that I've read, I've always seen that there is no such thing as a baby moving too much only not enough...

Your babies are in their active phase of the day

I know I have some day when I wonder when my girl is sleeping because I feel like she's moving all day long

look up count the kicks,
great charity with loads of information about baby movements.
in some cases at lot movement can be a sign of distress but at this stage they would be finding their routine so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I must admit they have been quiet ever since so must have been there active stage

Or maybe you ate/drank something with sugar/caffeine/etc.? The first time I ate ice cream after no sugar for months LO kicked like crazy for 30-40 min.
