Is This A Good Sign

I am 6po and have had a couple symptoms that I havent never experienced some of these: Headaches off n on, vivid dreams, some spotting when I wiped yesterday and 2day, and some mild cramping like pains in my pelvis actually my right ovary feels sore. Any help would be appreciated

Not sure if they are good signs or not.... vivid dreams is supposed to be a good sign though. I have had crazy vivid dreams the past few nights and before this week I don't remember the last time I actually had a dream.... I am dpo 7 today sooooo I hope for the both of us that vivid dreams is a good sign!!! Plus I have more than a couple symptoms. So this damn well better be it! I don't want to feel like crap for no good reason!!

Good luck ladies! I was just wondering though, what counts as a vivid dream? Because I can always remember my dreams!
