Is this even possible?!?! Help!

I am pregnant with my 5th pregnancy (one was a chemical) and I have been tracking my cycles. According to my tracking I had implantation on 5dpo and a positive test at 7dpo. I thought no way, I must have tracked wrong and am farther along as I NEVER have been able to test at 3w0d! I went to the doctors yesterday for left sided pain to rule out an ectopic and everything is perfect! Well, the ultrasound measured to the T on my dates. I'm 6w5d which means the implantation and testing were right! Didn't see a twin, but isn't 7dpo for a positive test way early? Could they have missed a twin in there???

how did you determine the o date? if you're using temps then i would say...the temp rise doesn't always happen the very next day after o. this cycle I used OPKs and temping and i didn't get a temp rise until 2 days after o... i got my bfp at 8 dpo. had i gone by the traditional temping rule of thumb though I would have calculated it to be 6 dpo...

I had a faint pos at 7 dpo. It's true!

So you got a positive OPK, then temp rise 2 days later? Are you counting the pos OPK as ovulation? Because a pos OPK means you are going to ovulate in 12-36 hours (usually 24) and would put your temps spot on ovulation...

It's possible! I got my BFP at 7dpo!

I had a clear positive at 8dpo before, it would have been faint at 7dpo

Thank you ladies! It's just so crazy how different pregnancy can be compared to testing with my others, I was like OMG no way! Haha!

As for tracking nothing too pinpoint other than horrid ovulation pain on my left on the 14th with ewcm for a few days along with checking cp. The dates the scan have were the exact dates I had! It was an amazing feeling to find out I did awesome at it! Are those intra-vaginal scans usually dead on or can they be off?

I too had a very faint pos at 7 dpo. I didn't believe it for a few more days, but it was there.

I assume that i o the day after my first positive OPK, since ovulation occurs 12-36 hours after the rise begins, like you said. my temp rise happened three days after the first test or two days after my O.

I had horrid O pains on the 11th and I O on the last day of ewcm. This last cycle was the 14th and had me at 6w5d at the day of my scan! I couldn't believe I was right! I truly can't believe I tested SOOO early! With my other 4 pregnancies, I tested positive at 4-5 weeks! Never at 3 weeks! I'm still tripped out by it and feel funky over it :/ not sure why, lol! It's just not normal for me!
