Is this Good or Bad?

This was my first month of taking an herbal supplement called Vitex.

I was to get my AF yesterday, however from thursday until now, I have spotting very light brown (3 times per day...extremely light, not even on underwear) with lots of regular wet discharge.

I do not have my typical cramps and do not feel any other PMS symptoms.

I go to the washroom each time I think AF has arrived and find nothing but normal discharge.

Is this a good or bad thing? I am sitting at CD 35 and way too afraid to take a home pregnancy test. in case its -ve. I've got a dr's appt on saturday.

Any feedback or thoughts would be great

I would think it's possibly implantation bleeding because it's not a dark red and brown like you said. I don't know how you have the patience to not poas. It would drive me crazy wanting to know.GL for Saturday!!

I also tried Vitex and had some brown spotting. Keep us updated on how the dr appointment goes.
