Is this normal?

Hey ladies, I'm nearly 35wks. I've felt off all day, (TMI) diarrhoea all morning and felt sluggish and yuck all afternoon. For the last hour or two I've had quite a bit of pain - a nasty aching in my back and stabbing under my bump on the right hand side which has gradually been getting worse. Do you think that this pain is caused by baby starting to engage or even Round ligament pain? (I haven't seen my OB or Midwife for a good 3 weeks so I have no idea if she was already engaged or not).

Getting real tired of pregnancy reaaaal fast lol.
