Is this pregnancy im confused?? help

I'm new here, I wanted some other opinions on what could be going on in there. I'm 19 dpo AF is 5 days late I took a hpt yesterday morning got a BFN. AF is never irregular I keep track they're very predictable. I have this achy/pinchy feeling right below my belly button and on the left as well. Very bloated looking as if I was 5months pregnant its horrible. Feel wet down there keep running to the bathroom thinking AF showed her face. What should I do BBS don't hurt they're just veiny

I'm in the same position af is 6 days late and I'm also very regular. Took a test today and it was negative? I've been having heart burn, lower back pain, more tired than normal and very emotional. I'm not sure what to think! Hope everything works out with you!
