It's just weird...

Ever since I got pregnant it seems like everyone wants to contact me.

People who I barely even know, but they are really good friends with some of my friends, randomly come up to me like we are best friends. Some of them have even shown up at my house with my friend just to see me. It is weird. Also a couple of them have come to me and like spilled their guts to me about how they thought they were pregnant. It's like just because I am pregnant they want to talk to me.

Also today some girl that isn't friends with any of my friends, nor have we ever been friends randomly messaged me. Like we have only spoken twice like a few years ago in class.

And then a girl I used to be best friends with, then she hated me because she thought I was trying to steal her boyfriend randomly wants to be friends again...she has a 2 year old son with the guy she thought I was stealing from her, but they arent together. She hated me like for 2 years and then she found out I was pregnant and now wants to hang out. Oh and just to be clear I was NOT trying to steal her boyfriend haha. I was his bestfriend at the time and I guess she took it the wrong way.
I just don't understand

I hated this! Same thing happened to me too. It was like all of a sudden the world revolved around me and my ever expanding belly. Which was nice sometimes because there was always somebody who was willing to listen to me go off about being pregnant. But in the end, they aren't your real friends. Which gets annoying.

After I had Olivia they continued to be all up in my business for the first couple weeks, then they started disappearing again. Now it's pretty much down to the same people who were there for me before. And of course my BnB girlies

Yeah that is how I see it is going to be that is why I am not even bothering trying to hang out with them. Well that and whenever they want to hang out it is always on the weekend and that is the only time I see my OH right now so I would much rather be with him then them.

At least they're being practical. I was always invited to go skating or to a party, all the places you can't go while pregnant!

Same thing happened to me. I'm usually the quite girl that kept to her self and when people found out I was pregnant everyone started talking to me and being nice to me and all the popular kids talked to me!

Also, after everyone found out, I had like 20 different pregnant girls add me on facebook and start talking to me half I didn't even know!!

Same here, honestly I think people are just nosy, I get requests from people that I haven't talked to in 3 years and was never even friends with. I just went through my FB and deleted a ton of people that were on my list that never talked to me.
