Just Curious..............................

1. Fertility issue?
2. How long have you been trying?
3. What medication and dosage?
4. How many Follicles and what sizes?
5. Sperm count and mobility post-wash?
6. How many IUI's before BFP?


*Unexplained & Trying for 8.5 years now - never seen a BFP*

1st IUI - 8.5years now - Gonal-F 50ui - 1 Follicle @ 22mm, 124mil and 86% - BFN

2nd IUI - Gonal-F 75ui - Currently CD8 - 2 Follicles @ 14 & 18 - Blood and Ultrasound tomorrow to see how my follies are doing- FX for a BFP!

I didn't get a BFP from IUI... on to IVF next month, but thought I'd share my experience anyways.

I'm unexplained, too. My hubby and I have been trying for over 2 years and have never had a positive pregnancy test!

IUI #1: letrozole 7.5mg cd3-7, 3 follicles around 19 on cd11, IUI was on cd13 or 14 (can't remember), post wash sperm count was around 49mil and 51% motility... BFN

IUI #2: same meds, 2 follicles around 18 on cd11, IUI was on cd13 or 14, post wash sperm count was around 42 mil and 55% motility...BFN

IUI#3: letrozole 12.5mg cd3-7, follistim cd8-10, 5 follicles on cd11 (too many to remember sizes), repeat ultrasound on cd12 had 2 follicles in the 20s, 3 in the 18-19 range, IUI was on cd13, post wash sperm count was 19mil (not sure why so low) and 65% motility... BFN

Like I said, we are moving on to IVF next month so hopefully that works on the first try!
