IUI round 2

hello ladies- so we ended up doing IUI. we have 2 children, 3 and 4 years old and no problems conceiving and only a year apart. we wanted a 3rd baby and after 19 months and a miscarriage later, my husbands sperm aren't the best. our first IUI he only had 2 million sperm and that didn't work. We did round 2 the day after thanksgiving so 5 dpo and his sperm count was 11.5 million and 85% mobility! My fingers are crossed so tight!!! all is good on my end so we just need that one sperm! only thing new is that I came down with strep throat yesterday which is odd when no one else has it. any thoughts on my situation?!?!?!
