At only 11 and 1/2 weeks pg today I discovered I have gestational diabetes, so along with my age and high BP i have hit the trifecta of high risk pg. I had pre eclampsia and gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy so my doc really isnt that surprised I have it again but this early?

I've had so much stress lately, going through a divorce and the father of this baby has decided that the pregnancy is too much stress for him therefore he has decided not to talk to me at all.

Feeling all alone but this is just another thing to add to the growing list of things to go wrong... ugh its like nothing right is going to happen.

I am very sorry for all the stress you're going through. I would imagine you would feel very alone right about now. :hugs: I hope you're able to manage your health problems and have everything go smoothly.

Thank you! I am feeling alone. I sent FOB a pic of the 12 week scan and got nothing in return. I dont understand it and even when I try to analyse it I still dont. I guess I still have hope but its fading away quickly.

Surprisepg don't you bother your pretty pregnant head about an uninterested, unsupportive, absent FOB. He doesn't deserve it. If he wants to know about his kid he will make an effort to be involved. This is YOUR pregnancy, enjoy it to the fullest and don't ever let him take away your joy in your LO. I have a saying that I love and it goes "Effort is an expression of interest". So it's his loss. Focus on you ok honey :hugs:

Thank you! You're right it his loss. It just shocked me that he is doing this when the day before all this went down he was telling me he was going to come to the birth (he lives in the US I in Australia) and he wasnt going to be a dead beat dad etc.

Thank you for the support!

Well I have another saying for FOB. "Words don't mean sh!t if your actions contradict". Lol :)
