Chloe sounds so much like Hannah.
He could be hitting a growth spurt, wanting more milk. Or he could be teething as the others said. Hannah was teething for the last few weeks, and they were rough, she woke up every hour to two hours for comfort. It's only in the last few days that she's settled back down.
We do give Hannah cereal in the mornings, not more than a tablespoonful now and never before her milk. I really don't think it fills her up any more and she eats the same amount of milk (on average) as she was before.
